  • Four Tins was founded by Gromit Eduardsen a seasoned cocktail bartender and pioneer in the modern Danish cocktail scene. With numerous successful cocktail venues under his belt an opportunity arose to bring quality cocktails to the masses.

 

  • • Using the summer of 2015 at the Copenhagen street food market Papirøen as his testing grounds he applied the knowledge of high quality well balanced classic cocktails with the prebatching and tapping technique with Connie kegs, small batch kegtail. The following high guest satisfaction and economical success was inspiration enough to take small batch cocktails to the next level.

 

High quality cocktail at high speed was achieved and now the word had to be spread.

Over the next 4 years Gromit worked on developing and refining the kegtail concept and tested at festivals, bars, restaurants and private parties. Proof of concept was obtained; guests and vendors were happy with the result and the business did well.

 

The 2020 Covid-19 summer forced us to take some months out of the calendar. Time that turned out to be well invested…

 

Pre lockdown Gromit and brewer Niels from Christiana Brewery engaged contact at a passionate cocktail seminar. A unique connection was made.

 

The industrial platform of the former navy barracks in the heart of Copenhagen has for years been the birthplace for a more peaceful and more love filled series of creative projects.

 

Combining the skill, passion and creativity of the brewery team along with Gromit’s years of experience in the cocktail and kegtail industry has led to a positive result.
